




My services are scoped by deliverable, not by the hour. Before we begin anything, we agree on exactly what's included so there are no surprises on either side. If your needs grow beyond the original scope, we'll talk about it.
We start by getting into the actual state of your operations, not the version that sounds good on a discovery call, the real version. What's working, what's broken, what your team is quietly confused about, and where the hidden money leaks are. Most clients find this part mildly horrifying and also incredibly useful.
Based on what we find, I build what your business actually needs. That could mean rebuilding your client onboarding process, setting up your project management system properly, creating SOPs your team will actually follow, structuring your hiring and onboarding workflow, or fixing your launch operations. We don't build everything, we build the right things in the right order.
Once everything is built and tested, I walk you and your team through every piece of it. You get full documentation, recorded walkthroughs, and a clear guide for keeping it running after I step out. The goal is that you never need me to come back and rebuild the same thing twice. (You might want to bring me back for something else entirely, that's different and always welcome.)
