I'm Zeenat Wangara, and I'm one of the most trusted people in the back-end of multiple six and seven-figure online businesses across the US, UK, and Canada.

I say "somehow" sarcastically, by the way. I know exactly how. I've spent years inside businesses that looked polished on the outside and were held together by willpower and crossed fingers on the inside. I came in, figured out what was actually broken, fixed it, and made sure it stayed fixed.

I've built a reputation for turning scattered ideas into systems that run, and for being the person founders call when they're done guessing and ready to get it together.

Here's what I noticed early on

Most online business owners are brilliant at what they sell. Coaches who transform lives. Course creators who change how people think. Podcasters with audiences of thousands. Speakers who command rooms.

And then they go back to their laptop and spend three hours chasing an invoice, figuring out why a workflow broke, wondering if their VA actually did the thing, and trying to remember where they saved that SOP they wrote in 2020.

The gap between how good their front-end looks and how chaotic their back-end actually is? That gap is what I've spent my entire career closing.

I got into operations because I'm genuinely wired for it. I like structure. I like finding the thing that's causing three other things to go wrong. I like building systems that make a business feel like it finally exhales. And I really like handing a founder back their time and watching what they do with it when they're not drowning anymore.

That never gets old.

A little context, since we're here

I've been doing this work for several years now... building and managing the operational infrastructure of growing online businesses.

The businesses I've worked with span coaching, podcasting, course creation, real estate, consulting, and nonprofits. What they all had in common when they came to me: they were making money and losing time. Usually losing their minds a little too.

I've been featured in Authority Magazine, Ascendants, and Inspirery because the work speaks loud enough that people notice.

I'm also 27. Which means I grew up entirely in the digital world your business lives in. Kajabi, ClickUp, Kit, Hubspot, Notion, Asana etc I don't need onboarding on the tools. I need to be told your vision and I'll build the infrastructure to match it.

Before I touch anything, I need to understand your business the way you understand it. What's working, what's not, where things keep breaking, what keeps you up at night. We do a proper audit, not a quick skim, so nothing gets missed and nothing gets fixed twice.

Step 2: Build & Streamline

Based on what I find, I design the systems, workflows, and structures your business actually needs. Not what worked for someone else's business. Not a template off the internet. Yours. Whether that's a full team structure, a project management overhaul, launch workflows, hiring processes, or onboarding systems, we build it to fit.

Step 3: Run & Refine

Once it's live, I don't disappear. For ongoing clients, I'm in the weeds with you, managing the team, tracking what's moving, catching problems before they become expensive, and refining as your business grows. The goal is a back-end that keeps up with you, not one that needs rescuing every three months.
