Ongoing Ops partnership

For the online business owner who is done being the person responsible for everything and ready for a real operational partner in their corner month after month.

Your Dedicated Ops Partner

There's a specific kind of tired that comes with running a growing online business.

It's not the good tired, the "we just had an incredible launch" tired, the "I can't believe how far we've come" tired. It's the other kind. The "I personally know where every single thing lives in this business and if I disappear for a week it will fall apart" tired.

The "I have a team but I'm still the one holding it all together" tired.
The "I started this business for freedom and somehow I am the most indispensable person in it" tired.

Sound familiar? Good. That means you're in exactly the right place.

The Ongoing Ops Partnership is not a VA service, a task list, or someone to delegate to when things get chaotic. It's a committed, strategic operational relationship where I become the person who owns the back-end of your business so you can finally own the front.

this is for you if:

✦ You've tried handing things off before to a VA, a team member, a contractor and somehow you still ended up back in the middle of everything within two months

✦ You're scaling fast enough that the operational gaps are starting to show up in your client experience, your team's performance, and your own ability to think clearly

✦ You don't want someone to tell you what to do with your operations you want someone who already knows, takes ownership, and just handles it

✦ You want to go on holiday, close your laptop, and come back to a business that didn't combust while you were gone

✦ You're ready to invest in having a real ops partner not looking for the cheapest option, but the right one

What having me as an ops partner looks like

This is not a list of tasks I'll tick off. It's a description of what your business looks like when it has proper operational leadership behind it.

Day-to-day operations - handled
The follow-ups, the process checks, the "did that actually get done" questions, all of it moves off your plate and onto mine. You stop being the person who has to remember everything and start being the person who gets updates.

Your team - actually managed
Clear roles, clear expectations, clear accountability. Your team knows what they're doing, why they're doing it, and what happens if they don't. You stop being the HR department, the project manager, and the person who has to have the awkward conversations.
Launches - no more last-minute chaos
Every new offer, every live event, every big push gets a proper operational plan behind it. Timelines, responsibilities, contingencies. The kind of launch infrastructure that means you're focused on showing up for your audience — not holding the tech together with your bare hands at 11pm.

Hiring and onboarding - done right
When it's time to bring someone new in, I handle the process from start to finish. Finding the right fit, building the onboarding, setting them up so they're contributing quickly instead of floating around confused for three weeks.

Systems that grow with you
As your business evolves, your operations evolve with it. New offer? We build the process. New tool? We integrate it properly. New team member? We already have onboarding ready. Nothing gets left behind.

Financial operations - no more chasing invoices
Payments tracked, invoices sent, follow-ups handled. You always know where things stand financially and you never have to send that awkward "just checking in on this invoice" email again. (Nobody should have to do that.)

How It Works

We start with a deep onboarding. I need to understand your business the way you understand it before I touch anything. How things currently run, where the pressure points are, what your team structure looks like, what your goals are for the next 90 days and beyond.

From there I build an operational plan, get aligned with your team, and step into the role. Every month we have a strategic check-in to review what's been done, what's coming up, and where to focus next. You stay in the loop on the things that matter without being pulled into the things that don't.

The scope of work is agreed at the start of each month - what's being managed, what projects are active, what the priorities are. If something changes or your needs grow, we have that conversation openly and adjust accordingly. Nothing gets added silently and nothing gets dropped without you knowing.

You lead. I make sure everything behind you is solid enough to support wherever you're going next.

THE INVESTMENT

The Ongoing Ops Partnership starts at $2500/month with a 3-month minimum commitment.

The exact investment depends on the scope of your business, the size of your team, the complexity of your operations, the number of active projects, and what "fully handled" actually means for you specifically. We'll scope this together on a discovery call before anything is agreed.

What determines your scope:

- Team size and how much management is involved
- Number of active projects and launches per month
- Complexity of your current systems and tools
- Whether hiring support is part of the scope

Most clients in this partnership are investing between $2,500 and $4,500/month. If your business is particularly complex or you're in a high-growth phase, we'll talk about what that looks like honestly, no surprises.

This is not priced by the hour. You are not buying blocks of my time. You are investing in having your operations fully owned and managed by someone who treats your business like it matters, because it does.
